Burst Out Crying

Yesterday it happened. I burst out crying.

Especially "rudeness" of 'Happy' by Pharell Williams, could not stop this, while it was playing.


*Lucky after, Michael Jackson, 'Smooth Criminal' came on. Phew!

Anyway, on the weekend I wasn't feeling to happy.
I got low (unhappy) about my work, people's actions/saying and how my health was effecting my everyday situations.

These "came back" in my mind, and no matter what I said, to others and myself, it kept getting worse.

So, yesterday, I just cried.
I was washing plates, I put the music on, it just disappeared in the background, and I cried. I just couldn't hold it back.

After that, I wiped away my tears, got back to washing plates, then MJ (Michael Jackson) came on, and I started to smile again. Like the hurtful burden was washed away this time. And, I just silently sang away, just feeling a "release".

*Sorry for the quotation marks.

I know I can't help what I can do to what I can't do, but I need to remember to listen to positive people and my own thoughts. (Even to God - I'm a believer, I won't preach words though).


Overflow (my thoughts) was:

1. Inconsideration from others.
Opposite: some people know my health problems, and they support me, when I know I'm not able to.

2. Feeling like I'm not doing much work.
Opposite: I've been doing work, I've been doing what I can handle. Feel proud you can even do anything.

3. Not being able to talk to others (not opening up from what I would like to say).
Opposite: learn to open up to others again, and never be afraid, you know them.

4. Health...
Opposite: to think now, others may not understand what you have, to experiencing right now, but only you know, and you alone only know what's best you can manage. Don't ever feel ashamed or useless. Feel proud and worthy.

*Remember 'karma'.
Bad to say (my opinion), but it happens anyway.

Sing?

I've been willing to do this post, from the day I wrote 'Sing?' to do as a blog post.

The blog post is about wanting to get my videos to be heard or seen, whether someone was blind or deaf.

It would feature a voice over, talking about the subject of the video.

Aiming mostly at the blind (most constant in my thought), they may be able to understand my videos too. (Help from support?)

For the deaf, I would hope captions would work, I would have to discover how it is done.

Plus, to call it 'Sing?', reminded me of My Chemical Romance - Sing. For sure, to name this blog post as a kind of sing, for encouragement.

* Whether you're into band music or not, most of the lyrics are catchy and so correct.

So, if I were to talk over my videos, I found when I listen to music, I can talk more openly.
I was glad to see the 'Educating...' on C4, to see I wasn't the only one. Although they had stuttering (they did truly well).

Do you think this shall be good to do for the deaf/blind? What are your thoughts? Any ideas?

New Video:

So, this video is a little different. This is a special promotion for NCB17, and it's for their music to their channel.

This is special, because it's kind of a showcase to them and for them to be surprised and of how great they've come with their music.

They create their own, they're so creative and I just happen to use their tune, in this new video. Plus, they do mixes which sound super awesome. Shows passion for what they do, right?

My First Design Video

On my channel, there is a new design video.

It was my first time recording, and I'm glad to share it with you.

The design is 'From The Petites To The Top Heavies'.
It was meant to focus on body image, however it turned into different body types?


More in (art) journal: 

It features Apple, Petite?, Pear, Boyish + Top Heavy. These are the only one's I know at the moment. But they can be made into an hourglass figure - fact :).
('Gok Wan' helps, Channel 4, UK...).

It was good to record, and I hope to do more soon.

It has been a little difficult this week.

I've tried the 'new technology' of video making and...it didnt help at all!
It was so difficult and restricting. However, I love the effects it has.

Idea

I'm thinking about recording. The idea is:
- designs
- others?

Other things, I'm thinking what I could do.
If you have any ideas, feel free to say your thoughts.

I'm really wondering how it would go, but it's because of lack of confidence.

Along with designs, there's other things too. Example:
- messages
- music

Doing something in front of a camera, feels frightening for me.

I'm into vlogs (video diaries) and other things I've seen on YouTube.

Knowing how to record, I searched for helpful guides.

I've asked others what they thought, and they showed enthusiasm about it, with worry of others online. With these, I found solutions to them.

So, advantages...:
- archive
- showcasing to others
- history for myself

What Stops Me From Blogging

I've noticed I haven't been blogging constantly, but I do it when I can, or when I'm able to.

The reasons I found for not blogging were:

- health (mentality, migraine)
- time...?

I question time, because it's my own fault. I have no set structure (which may help), however I do have time limits.

Example of time limits are, how long I do personal work for, and which times I relax and have breaks.

My Thought Process. Using AvatarCreator.

For these, I also found solutions.

Mentality
- to stop and chill (relax)
- remove thoughts, by stopping, taking a breath, and move to something relaxing

Migraine
- to stop, and take a rest + relax

Time
- to rest on time

I've tried these solutions, and some of them have worked. However, it's a start to put them into action.

So, may you take care, and I hope to have a routine soon.
I need to find one(s) that could help me.
